TAS International SA invites a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Channel Sales Team in Lugano.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Searching for leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, social networks, profile resources, etc.)
• Networking with leads
• Working with various online tools to find contact information
• Working with Global Sales Team
• Building the list of target companies by some agreed criteria
• Building the list of appropriate target contacts
• Set up Marketing Campaigns
• Manage the Campaigns trough different Channel
• Direct Reporting to the International Channel Sales Manager

Required Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) - at least Upper-Intermediate level (e.g. CEFR C1 or C2)
• Excellent understanding of IT industry and terminology
• Good knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, HubSpot, ZoomInfo or similar CMS platform
• Some experience running proactive Marketing campaigns
• Good research skills, detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and business communication skills
• Proactivity
• Understanding the mindset of potential clients

Will be a Plus:
• Relevant experience (in sales, marketing, customer support activities, etc.)
• Knowledge of other languages
